Tolerating uncertainty

COVID-19: Shock, disbelief, fear. These are some of the things I have been grappling with in the last few weeks. All the things that have been taken for granted are all of a sudden in clear view, behind me. My usual ways of enhancing wellbeing, such as going to the cinema, meeting friends for a coffee, attending pilates, now suddenly interrupted. So many things stopped. So many things restricted.

The challenge for us during this uncertain time is to look out for opportunities to engage in things we can do. We might not be able to go out for a meal, but we can try out a new recipe and eat at home. We might not feel comfortable about going to the gym, but you may be able to set up a home-gym and exercise at home.
